Financial Assistance and Scholarships

Graduate teaching assistantships and graduate research assistantships are available to graduate students in the Department of Educational Policy Studies. Assistantship positions are highly competitive and students must apply for available positions posted. All positions are posted under Employment Opportunities. The University of Alberta also offers support in the form of scholarships to some students based upon applicaton and/or nomination. Applications for graduate assistantships are quite separate from admission applications. Many students compete successfully for assistantships and scholarships.
